Chef Kenneth is back with a really cool menu of classy elevated parfaits constructed in tall elegant glasses! His take on parfait goes beyond yogurt or ice cream. Using artisanal gelato from @theaphroditesg, he will be teaching over 10 components to layer your parfait dessert. Each component requires a specific skill and is a delicious complement to any other desserts. There will be so much to takeaway from this class!
