Kenneth Seah

Kenneth Seah is the co-founder and creator behind the exquisite Japanese-inspired mousse cakes and entremets at Kki Sweets - a boutique dessert studio that began in 2009. A self-taught patissier, Kenneth left job at age 37 to dive into the world of cake making when he became so inspired and taken in by the fine texture and taste of Japanese cakes. He has since boldly created his own style of mousse cakes that combines Japanese aesthetics, French pastry techniques and local flavors. 

His commitment to his craft is evident in the stunning and unique design of each entremet, with flavor pairings that are always surprising, using only the highest quality ingredients.
