Join pastry chef Kenneth Seah for a brand new menu of THREE treats that will make your Valentine fall in love with you all over again! Learn to make these gift-able pretty and delicate desserts easily in your home kitchen with just a touch of finesse. 

Menu  

1. Strawberry Shortcake

The evergreen favourite Japanese cake made with a light delicate genoise sponge, premium fresh Korean/Japanese strawberries and lightly sweetened whipped cream. Learn how to make this classic cake with its signature taste and simplicity. 

2. Tiramisu (Tira-miss-you)

Kenneth's signature tiramisu made with light, airy French-style sponge that is made from scratch (not store-bought) and soaked with coffee liquer. Whip up a creamy and airy Mascarpone Mousse with mascarpone cheese, Pâte à bombe and whipping cream, then assemble into a pretty cup for a perfect presentation. 

3. Yogurt White Nama Chocolate 

A creative twist on the iconic Royce Nama Chocolate, featuring a refreshing yogurt and white chocolate combination. Creamy, smooth and well-balanced - you will love this!

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
