Christopher’s latest class revives an old-fashioned baking technique: how to bake chiffon batter on a bed of creamy custard, which after chilling and unmoulding is magically revealed as plush ‘frosting’ layered on top of ultra-moist, soft chiffon cake. Learn three different party-perfect variations of this unusual and fun format.
