Chef Walter Kung was the pastry and bread chef at DONQ Boulangerie Taiwan. He was also the Bread and Pastry Executive Chef at Tayih Landis Hotel Tainan, a five-star hotel located in Tainan City, Taiwan. Trained personally by Japanese Castella Cake Master Chef in Japan, he has since taught over 500 students from local and overseas in the baking of the Japanese Castella cakes.
He is currently as the Executive Chef in renowned bakery in south of Taiwan, Artisan Bakery. (安堤生烘焙)
