Pike Yang

Chef Pike has won competitions and awards for his breads made especially with honey. Naturally, in the south of Taiwan, he is famous for breads accentuated with honey and local Taiwanese ingredients. He is the founder and co-owner of "Brave Bakery" in Tainan, an author of a baking book focusing on the simplicity of home baking. He has also appeared on many television talk shows, sharing his knowledge on healthy baking. Recently Chef Pike is the star of a web series baking show which is currently in the progress and is expected to air end of 2017.
