Juliet Ho
Juliet started baking when she was working in the corporate world, frequently baking experimenting bakes into the wee hours after a long day at work. The career switch came when she joined ABC Cooking Studio as a Cake Instructor in 2021 teaching cakes, shortcakes, tarts, choux pastries, puff pastries, mooncakes, macarons, as well as chocolate making. She has earned a reputation of being a very detailed, meticulous, approachable and well sought after instructor.
Since she started teaching, she has furthered her knowledge and skills through various certification courses. She particularly enjoys making macarons and chocolate making.
Her culinary journey has been immensely rewarding where she meets people from different walks of life, teaching and learning with them at the same time.
With her daughter turning to vegan options a few years ago, it further inspired her to venture into the lesser known vegan bakes and dishes.
