Her quest for excellence didn't stop there; she has honed her skills by training with renowned bakers such as Christopher The (Australia), Tortik Annushka (Russia), and Antonio Bachour (USA). Known for her relentless pursuit of perfection, Joan's creations are celebrated for their impeccable taste and stunning presentation. After two successful years as a teaching chef, she launched Tanoshii Patisserie in Bangkok, complete with a central kitchen and café.
