- Author of three popular books on European desserts
- Professional certification with The L’Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Council in   Entremets and Petite Fours (1996)
- Professional certification with The L’Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Council, Wine & Bakes (2007)
- World Pastry Forum in Nashvilla, certification in Chocolate & Entremets.
