Chef Valerie Kong founded Urban Loaf Factory in 2018 to serve the community with her very unique version of sourdough bread that has a characteristic crispy crust and a soft crumb. In this brand new class, you will be learning the classic focaccia with three different flavors, ciabatta and fougasse from scratch.

2. Tomato Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia

3. Sundried Tomato, Olive and Feta Focaccia

4. Bell Peppers and Jalapeño Focaccia

5. Fougasse with Roasted Garlic and Dill Cream Cheese Spread

Fully hands-on. with videos and photos snippets sent via WhatApp. Recipes will be emailed ahead for ZOOM participants. 

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home samples of each flavor.  ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
