1. Wu Gok
An all-time favourite dim sum order, these gok have a char siew, prawn, bamboo shoot and water chestnut filling, swaddled in soft and creamy taro skins which miraculously ‘bloom’ into intricate lacy coats when deep-fried.
2. Hum Sui Gok
Every traditional dim sum item which deserves more love, these wrap a sweet-salty glutinous rice dough around a juicy filling of pork, prawns, preserved radish, carrot and mushrooms. Deep-fried to a golden turn, they have a signature crispy-chewy texture that is simply lip-smacking.

Little puffs that are Chinese New Year essentials, these feature a roasted peanut, toasted sesame and sugar filling wrapped in flaky lard pastry, fried until richly browned and crunchy-crisp. Impossible to eat just one!
