Darren’s passion for baking comes from being a latest in a long line of family bakers.
In his formal diploma training at At Sun-rice, Darren's outstanding performance has bagged him the Best Pastry Student of the Year award. He went on to be trained at Valrhona Chocolate Academy in France.
His continuous passion is to push the boundaries of baking by creating bakes out of new and unconventional flavor pairings.
