1. Soon Kueh

A new recipe for the Teochew favourite (different from Christopher’s recipe in The Way of Kueh), streamlined for ease of mixing and shaping. Soft and velvety rice flour skins wrap a bamboo shoot, bangkwang, mushroom and pork filling. Even better when pan-fried the day after steaming.

2.  Mega Mushroom & Pork Tai Pau

Fresh shiitake and maitake mushrooms folded with well-seasoned minced pork comprise the juicy filling within the fluffy crumb of these steamed buns. And your eyes are not deceiving you – they are disguised as giant shiitake mushrooms!

3. Curry Chicken Siew Pau

Fancy a curry puff but not the deep-frying aftermath? Look no further than these baked pau, which also boast crisp, flaky, buttery pastry shells holding rich, spicy chicken and potato curry. Simply irresistible.

Partial hands-on with demonstration by Chef. Videos and photos snippets sent via WhatApp. Recipes will be emailed ahead for ZOOM participants. 

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
