Audra Morrice is a chef, an author, a producer of her range of all natural gluten free products and a television presenter. She is no stranger to many as judge and host of MasterChefSingapore.
A graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra left her very successful career in telecommunications to follow her passion in food in 2012 after her stint as a finalist in MasterChef Australia.
She has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, broadcasted on SBS Food Network in Australia, fyi broadcasting across Asia, and tastyconversations.com.au.
Her first cookbook "My Kitchen, Your Table" was a collection of recipes from her childhood days growing up in Singapore to a celebration of the wonderful produce in Australia where she currently lives.
Audra’s cooking style is eclectically Asian, drawing influence from her Singaporean Chinese-Indian heritage. She is passionate about the beautiful practices and ingredients of other cultures and often integrates these inspirations into her cooking. She believes in an all natural, sustainable and ethical approach to food with a focus on seasonal eating.
In addition to running a catering business for private dining events,hands-on cooking classes as well asbespoke corporate programs in Sydney and Singapore, she provide consultancy services to food establishments and also hosts personally guided food and cultural tours in Singapore and abroad.
She is an Ambassador with the Singapore Tourism Boardand has been a significant part of Qantas and Destination NSW’s Sydneyporean campaign.
