This Ferrero cake class features the irresistible trio of Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello and Rondnoir confections from Ferrero Collection in the form of delicious cakes. These cakes have delighted so many since Valerie Kong created this series.

1. Ferrero Rocher Cake
The chocolate that everyone knows is now made into a cake! All the various textures and taste profiles in the Ferrero chocolate ball are captured in this hazelnut cake with a delightful mousse-like chocolate cream filling and all the nutty crunchy bits interspersed in each bite.
2. Rondnoir Cake
Rondnoir is a dark chocolate frosted sponge cake layered with creamy dark chocolate fudge that is peppered with surprising crispy, crunchy wafer-y bits.
3. Rafaello Cake
White and refined in appearance, the Raffaello cake surprises with a combination of a crunchy coconut base, a thin layer of almond cake and a delightful smooth white chocolate cream and glaze.
