1. Roasted Tomato Soup

Roasted tomato soup is a summer soup which can be served hot or chilled- using a 3 step cook method. This delicious and healthy soup served with croutons and parmesan will be a regular favourite on your dining table. 

2. Lamb shank

From the lower section of the leg, lamb shanks are a full-flavored but tough cut of meat. They respond well to slow, gentle braising in aromatic liquid, emerging moist and fork-tender. This mouth-watering dish will be served with mash potatoes.

3. Handmade Pasta with Mushrooms

Hand made pasta (Fettuccine) is always a treat- especially when it incorporates porcini to add flavour to the dish. The sauce is also packed with flavors from various mushrooms.

4. Authentic Italian Cheesecake

Italian cheesecake in Italy is completely different from Italian cheesecake elsewhere as it does not use any cream cheese. Instead it uses beautiful ricotta which gives it a different texture.

Complete with a homemade raspberry compote and fresh berries to make a light yet refreshing dessert.
