Chef Darren has created a series of delicious vegan desserts to satisfy your sweet cravings. Even if you are not vegan, these desserts will make great gifts for your vegan friends.

Menu

1. Raspberry Acai Chocolate Fudge Cake

Layers of vegan chocolate sponge sandwiched with raspberry Acai jam. Frosted in vegan chocolate ganache and dried flowers. Made entirely with coconut oil, coco sugar and a special ingredient for extra moistness. 

2. Coconut Vegan Ice Cream 

Coconut rich no-churn vegan ice cream. All you need is  stand mixer!

3. Easy Coconut Banana Bread

Fuss free and rich tasting cake that is great for both breakfast and tea breaks.
