We call them Tumbler Tarts simply because they look like tall tumblers! Within the traditional crispy shortcrust pastry casings are 5 different types of eggy, custardy flavors, both sweet and savory to double your delight! This will be a partial hands-on class where you can handle the pastry on your own.
