1. Traditional Prawn Noodles

In traditional prawn noodle, the broth takes center stage. Find out what ingredients are used in making the broth and the best way to extract the flavor.

2. Lor Mai Gai

Forget about the HK-style lotus leaf-wrapped version, let’s go back to our good old fashioned Singapore-style Lor Mai Gai. Learn how to marinate the meat and flavor the rice before steaming.

3. Tau Suan

Commonly found in hawker centers and food courts, but mostly mediocre tasting. Making a good, tasty tau suan is not difficult once you master the techniques.

Maximum of 12 participants.
