Tomatoes are a treasure of riches when it comes to their antioxidant benefits. We think it's a good idea to include them more in our daily cooking. Chef Jack has designed some no-frills tomatoes dishes that are good for the family and gatherings. Healthy, nutritious, wholesome and downright delicious. 

1. Tomato Beef Stew 

A hearty slow-cooked stew with root vegetables served together with a white cheddar creamy polenta. 

2. Beef and Pork meatballs in Basil Marinara Sauce

Homemade meatballs with a mix of beef and pork in a chunky basil marinara sauce. Something to go with pasta or your favourite grains.   

3. Spicy Sundried Tomatoes Chickpea Sauce with Pork Sage Meatballs

Pork, sage and cheese meatballs in spicy sundried tomatoes chickpea sauce. Great as an appetizer, dip or just on its own!
