Another new Thai menu from Chef Shih Erh. Stepping up from the skills that she has imparted in the last few lessons, this menu will consist of dishes that are truly traditional. More skills involved but even more delicious!


1. Waterfall Beef with Toasted Rice

This beef salad is a culmination of flavors and textures at every bite! It got its name from the splashing sound of juices falling on a hot grill. The spicy juicy beef is lightly grilled and served with a mixture of fresh herbs and toasted rice. Learn to choose the right cut of beef and how to grill it to maximise the juiciness in each slice. 

2. Fried Fish in Sour Gravy with Vegetables (Pla Gaeng Som)

A deep-fried crispy whole fish accompanied with a tangy light curry-like sauce that will totally work up your appetite. 

3. Spicy Seafood Glass Noodle Salad (Yum Woon Sen)

One of the appetisers from the Thai cuisine that will always a hot favourite. The combination of spicy, sour, sweet tastes in this mouth-watering salad showcases the essence of Thai cuisines where different taste profiles harmonises beautifully in one single dish. Learn to make this dish with just the right proportions of seasoning to achieve a perfect balance of taste. 

4. Claypot Mussels with Basil Leaves

Fresh mussels and herbs cooked in a claypot to retain all of its sweetness.
