1. Soft Shell Crab with Fresh peppercorn in Thai basil sauce

Marinated with distinctive Thai spices, this soft shell crab is deep fried with a light batter, topped with fresh herbs and green peppercorn. It's most appetising when served with home made spicy Thai basil sauce. 


2. Pad Khi Mao (Drunken Noodles)

A famous Thai street food. Stir fried spicy hor fun noodles with seafood meat and lots of fresh Thai herbs, a perfect main dish to go with drinks!

3. Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup)

A popular coconut hot and sour cream-based soup in northern Thailand. Although it is light tasting, the generous use of Thai herbs gives it a burst of flavors - a perfect blend of spiciness, creaminess, tartness and incredible aroma.  It's so easy to fall in love with this soup at first slurp!

4. Northern Thai Kaeng Hang Lay (Pork Belly Curry)

Kaeng Hang Lay originated from Myanmar. It is a rich curry made with juicy pork belly and a whole myriad of spices. Definitely a very iconic and popular Northern Thai dish.
