Chef Shih Erh has been acquainted with Thai cuisine since a tender age of 6. Born into a family of accomplished cooks and restauranteurs, she has since carved her own identity of presenting classic dishes with an added touch of her original creation. Relishing from the delicious dishes from her previous classes, we are very excited with this new menu for the brand new year.
1. Deep Fried Pork Ribs (Si Krung Mpp Tod)
Deep fried pork ribs with Thai soya sauce and coconut milk, coated generously with fresh green peppercorn and garlic.
2. Thai Fish Cake (Thod Mun Pla)
Hand made fish paste with fresh spices and long beans, served with homemade sweet chili sauce.
3. Spicy Prawns with Eggs (Kung Pad Phong Karee)
Stir fried fresh prawns with Thai curry powder and spicy scrambled eggs.
4. The Jewels (Tham Thim Ruemmit)
Tropical fruits encased in a chewy jelly exterior, drizzled in Jasmine coconut milk - much like red rubies.
