Chef Jeffery Pan is back with more delicious and decadent pastries! In this tart class, he moves away from classic flavors to bring us brand-new ingredient pairings that you definitely cannot find in any pastry stores.
1. Brownosa Tart
Shortcrust tart base with a rich brownie filling and exquisite strawberry glaze, topped with a very special raspberry powder - Chef's Pan latest creation that is making ripples in the Taiwanese baking scene.
2. Nutty Tartlets
A crunchy sweet dough base filled with frangipane and topped generously with fragrant carmelized macadamias, walnuts and hazelnuts. Nutty and nice!
