Join Chef Jeffrey Wang as he comes to Singapore for the first time to bring his rendition of pastry. You can be sure to learn a wide range of skills from a menu that includes different kinds of bakes. 

1. Mademoiselle Cherry

A dainty tartlet with filled with frangipane, homemade cherry jam, topped with vanilla crumble and decorated with cherry chantilly cream. 

2. Yuzu Green

An eye-catching tartlet filled with a refreshing green tea, yuzu Hokkaido cream cheese filling encased in a sweet shortcrust pastry.

3. Raspberry Bubbles

An unique crumbly and nutty raspberry biscuit with a crunchy exterior dusted with fragrant raspberry powder.
