1. Berry Forest
A 6 inch tart made with a special crumble tart base filled with layers of raspberry Hokkaido cream cheese cream filling and mixed berries jam, topped with fresh berries for extra freshness.
2. Vanilla Caramel Lemon Madeleines
Madeleines need not be plain! The zesty, lemony petite bakes are delightfully delicious when sweet oozy caramel flows out of every bite.
3. Rocky Chocolate Flaky Balls
These little gems are packed with flavors and texture. Biscuit feuilletine, mixed dried fruits, nuts in melted chocolate. All the deliciousness in one bite!
