Chef Valerie Kong founded Urban Loaf Factory in 2018 to serve the community with her very unique version of sourdough bread that has a characteristic thin, crispy crust and a soft crumb. Her sourdough is also known to be less tangy and choke-ful of ingredients. All these characteristics make her brand of sourdough very popular for families with young children and elderly.

In this class, we will be learning her all time best selling breads in ULF.

    Hands-on with Demonstration by Chef. Videos and photos snippets will be sent via WhatApp. Recipes will be emailed ahead for ZOOM participants. 

    Take Home Items

    Onsite participants will bring home a set of bread samples. ZOOM participants WITH bread samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
