1. Caramel Souffle Roll (Hot Favorite in Japan)
A homemade caramel sauce is used to create a soft and rich caramel tasting cake with a light and fresh cream. The key to this cake lies in the proportion of ingredients to ensure a perfectly balanced and fragrant cake that is not too sweet.
2. Chestnut Pumpkin Roll
A Japanese pumpkin cake that is moist and soft filled with candied pumpkin slices and luscious custard cream filling.
3. Pistachio Financier & Black Cherries
A classic evergreen fine and moist small cake made with aromatic brown butter and ground hazelnuts enriched by a pistachio jam. Not your ordinary financier.
