1. Lychee Rose Cake
A perfume-y fragrant light rose sponge frosted with a delicate lychee flavored cream and premium raspberry jam. It's a perfectly pink cake for someone sweet!
2. Raspberry Tofu Cheesecake
A very light cheesecake with a candied biscuit base that is so surprisingly aromatic and palatable that even non-cheesecake fans will fall head over heels over.
3. Raspberry Meringue Tartlets
A refreshing spin on the classic lemon meringue tart, this sweet and tart raspberry tart has a refreshing custard encased in a shortcrust pastry topped with Italian meringue. A surprising item that will sit prettily on your dessert table.
