1. Pineapple Tart (Closed Rosette)
Valerie's signature pineapple tart is back! A buttery and melt-in-the-mouth pastry encasing a moderately sweet pineapple filling made from scratch.
2. Pineapple Tart (Open)
A different pastry from the closed tart, but just as addictive!
3. Kuih Makmur
A traditional Malay festive cookie that uses the same pastry as the closed tart, but has a filling made with toasted peanuts instead.
Hands-on with demonstrations by Chef with videos and photos snippets sent via WhatApp. Recipes will be emailed ahead for ZOOM participants.
Take Home Items
Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
