Menu

1. Deep Fried Pork Trotter with Garlic (蒜香炸猪手)

Pork trotters are braised for 4 hours and then deep fried with garlic and spring onions to achieve a tender and juicy bite. Another marvellous way to enjoy your pork trotters!

2. Braised Tofu with Chinese Cabbage (红烧豆腐白菜煲

Using Japanese tofu and Japanese long cabbage, this deep fried soft tofu braised with pork slices and dried shrimps is a dish that is hard not to like. The natural sweetness and varied textures is so satisfying, definitely a daily dish, as well as, a celebratory dish. 

3. Xing Hua Lor Mee (兴化海鲜鹵面)

This dish originated from Putien in Fujian Province in China. Although it looks simple, the stock of this dish is deeply infused with a rich umami flavor from the clams. Sweet and delicious, this is a really comforting noodle dish. 

4. Red Rice Yeast Chicken (红糟鸡)

Chinese red yeast rice is a Chinese traditional medicine to enhance blood circulation. Cooking chicken with red rice yeast is hence a very nutritious and sumptuous dish that will be a treat to the family.

Take Home Items

Food samples will be packed for onsite participants and delivered to ZOOM participants at no extra cost.
