Adding wholegrain flours and grain flakes to your baking will amp up their nutrition, but equally importantly also boosts their flavour, aroma and textural appeal! Christopher’s latest recipes will teach you how to effectively use grains like wheat, rye and corn to improve your baking, with delicious results.


1. Green Olive Focaccia with Chilli-Lemon Oil

Maximum flavour with miminum effort! This half-wholewheat, almost no-knead dough rises overnight in the fridge, then is studded with green olives, baked to a golden turn, and garnished with a spicy and tangy home-made chilli oil. Really moreish.

2. Multigrain Seeded Sandwich Loaf

A full-flavoured ‘everyday’ loaf with a tender crumb and a chewy crust, packed with multigrain flakes and coated with sesame seeds and flax seeds. Simple and scrumptious, this will upgrade any sandwich.

3. Korean Corn Cheese Buns

Inspired by a popular Korean banchan (side dish), these feature a hearty, rustic cornmeal-rye bun dough topped with fresh corn kernels and a mix of cheeses. Best devoured while hot and lusciously melty.

4.  Multigrain Chocolate Digestives

Classically crisp wholewheat and multigrain digestive biscuits, topped (of course) with dark chocolate. You’ll never settle for store-bought again!

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
