The Malabar area is famous for having provided some of the most delicious and flavourful additions to Kerala cuisine! The very aroma of Malabar dishes will surely transport you to the friendly shores from which this delicious cuisine originated. 


1. Oyster Pakoras with Spicy Raisins Chutney 

Quick to make and quick to eat, these oyster fritters are perfectly matched with the spicy raisin chutney.

2. Fish Biryani 

This Fish Dum Biryani is so delicious that you are going to be craving it and making it every so often. Made from scratch with a whole host of spices. 

3. Malabar Tamarind Prawn Masala 

A good prawn masala is hard to resist. This spicy seafood side dish a very intense flavour and the tang of tamarind.

4. Pineapple Pickle

No Indian meal is complete without a pickle. This village-style pineapple pickle is packed with so much flavours, with notes of sweet, tangy and spicy.

Take Home Items

Food samples will be packed for onsite participants and delivered to ZOOM participants at no extra cost.
