Come to this class hungry and ready to learn and eat THREE epic mouth-watering Indian burgers from Chef Devagi Sanmugam. If you have been visiting some of the Weekend Markets couple of years ago at the Kranji Countryside, you will surely remember the appetizing aroma of the Hot Indian Chick that created long queues at Chef Devagi’s booth.

This class is not just about stacking a burger together, you will be making everything from scratch... including the buns, patties, chutneys, and sauces! Well, even if you do not want to learn to make a burger to delight and impress your family and friends, it is worth the while to attend a cooking class just to eat three uniquely Devagi’s burgers!

1. The Hot Indian Chick Burger

Toasted buns slathered with Devagi’s signature Hot & Spicy Tomato Apricot Chutney, topped with juicy flavourful chicken patties oozing with mozzarella and finished with dollop of salad and flamed grilled green chillies.  

2. Bombay Burger 

Home-made Bombay buns, spicy potato burgers, with flavourful vegetables, toppings, special tomato ketchup – mouth-watering tang, balance of sweetness and spice, creamy and crunchy – in other words it's all about textures and the six taste profile from the streets of Bombay.

3. Madras Lamb Burger 

How about a split Turmeric Pepper Bun, spread with Mint Coriander Chutney, grilled marinated Madras Lamb burger, and topped with Caramelized Onion Chutney?
