Calling all kueh ambon fans! Join Christopher as he delves deeper into the world of tunnelled kuehs with these all-new recipes.

Menu

1. Pulut Hitam Bika Ambon

Springy, succulent and amply tunnelled, these mini kueh ambons are richly flavoured with pulut hitam (black glutinous rice) and coconut milk. Strikingly unusual and simply irresistible.

2. Speculoos Sarang Semut

The gently spicy, caramelised aroma of everyone’s favourite Belgian biscuit and spread – but in kueh form! Soft and velvety Malay sarang semut (‘ant’s nest’ kueh), ingeniously infused with speculoos shiokness.

3. Apem Kuning & Kinca Pandan (Sweet Potato Apom & Pandan Sauce)

Indonesian-style pancakes with a golden hue and soft bounce from orange sweet potato, served with a smooth and creamy pandan and coconut milk dipping sauce. Great for teatime and easy to make.

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
