In this first Indian Tapas class, Chef Devagi will introduce FIVE mouth-watering and dazzling tapas items that are perfect for entertaining and sharing. To double the fun, each dish will be complemented with a small glass of wine.

1. Mini Red Peppers stuffed with Masala Paneer
Roasted red peppers stuffed with mildly spiced Indian cottage cheese and tuna.
2. Spicy Salmon Croquettes with Easy Curry Leaf Aioli
Crunchy and delicious Croquettes filled with flavorful, aromatic and tender salmon meat on the inside. Enjoyed with an out-of-the-world fragrant curry leaf aioli!
3. Savory Pumpkin Pancakes with Tomato Chutney
Packed with flavors from the Fall- pumpkin, spices and herbs. These mini pancakes are served with a piquant tomato chutney.
4. Gunpowder Garlic Prawns served with Indian Bread
The prawns are coated in a spice-infused olive oil and garlic with smoky hints of paprika. Just spoon the prawns and sauce over Chef Devagi’s special bread
5. Carrot Coconut Laddus
These scrumptious coconut fudge with carrots is a perfect dish to end a big dinner, melting in your mouth like a heavenly divine dessert.
