1. Italian Chantilly White Chocolate Cake
This delicate light cake is an Italian classic, sometimes served as a wedding cake. The sponge cake's texture is fine yet springy to bite, making this a perfect cake base for any layered cake. Frosted with a delicate chantilly cream and sprinkled with just the right amount of white & dark chocolate chips to give a subtle texture contrast, this light and elegant cake is a wonderful after meal dessert
2. Blue Cheese tart
This is not just another cheese tart - the characteristic notes of blue cheese lands itself perfectly in this tart. Even a non-fan will love this because something magical happens blue cheese becomes part of a dessert. This delicious filling is encased in Valerie's signature thin, crispy and crumbly shortcrust base.
3. Matcha Lava Cake
A refreshing change from the usual dark chocolate lave cake. This humble yet wildly popular dessert takes on a new dimension in matcha flavor. The moist cake and flowy , creamy filling is a match made in heaven!
