There is more than wholemeal bread when it comes to healthy bread. In this new series by Audrey, we will be introducing super grains like quinoa, buckwheat and other multi-grains to bread flour to make the most flavourful and nutritious breads. 

She will be using a natural yeast starter, as well as, instant yeast for the breads. 


1. Quinoa Bread (Using dough starter)

2. Pumpkin Seed and Mixed Grains Bread (Using dough starter)

3. Buckwheat Bread (Using instant yeast)

4. Bonus- Buckwheat Quick Bread (Using instant yeast) 

5 Quinoa Salad (Bonus)

Maximum of 12 participants.

Food Tasting
Participants will sample all the breads and quinoa salad

Take Home Items
Participants will take home all 4 kinds of breads and a Recipe Pack.
