1. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Loaf
A superbly soft and plush sandwich loaf with a spiral of aromatic cinnamon and juicy raisins. Perfect for breakfast or teatime and sure to satisfy any toast cravings, and leftovers are ideal for making bread and butter pudding.
2. Rich Sour Cream Marble Cake
Vanilla and cocoa batters whipped up with a generous amount of sour cream and a hint of (optional) rum are swirled together into a suave, velvety cake that makes any occasion extra special.
3. Hojicha Viennese Whirls
Piped butter cookies infused with nutty-fragrant Japanese hojicha (roasted green tea) powder. Very lightly sweet with a hint of umami, these elegant teatime treats will melt in your mouth.
