Chef Jeffery Pan is back with more delicious and decadent pastries! In this class, we have combined cookies with awesome caneles that rarely found even in the pastry stores. Chef Pan will share all the tips needed to making chewy and crusty canneles. 


1. Matcha Caneles

Small French cakes with a dark, caramelized exterior and a rich, moist, custard-like interior that are baked in special copper molds seasoned with beeswax. Molds will be made available for sale. 

2. Viennese Sables

Made with a special tip, these light and fragrant biscuits are perfect with a cup of tea. A special bonus is the yummy middle mixture of sugar, almond and pumpkiin seeds bits. 

3. Raisin Cookies

Not to be fooled by its simple name, these lemon cookies pairs up deliciously with a Italian buttercream and brandy-soaked raisins. 


Demonstration by Chef.

Food Tasting

Participants will sample on all the demonstrated items.
