Favourite Asian flavours in winning new formats, courtesy of Christopher’s all-new recipes! When turkey feels tiresome and roast beef seems boring, reach for one of these showpiece dishes instead.


1. Ayam Bakar & Pulut Kuning Bantal

A ‘meatloaf’ whose star ingredient is actually rice! Boneless chicken, turmeric-infused glutinous rice, boiled eggs and a very fragrant rempah (spice paste), all layered in a tin lined with banana leaves, then baked to a golden, sizzling finish.

2. Green Curry Beef, Brinjal & Taro Bake

The hearty, flavourful love-child of a Greek moussaka and a Thai curry. A rich and aromatic minced beef green curry – based on a spice paste made from scratch – laden with green chillies and Thai basil is layered with thick slices of meaty eggplant and thin slices of fresh taro, plus a coconut milk topping, then baked until tender and sumptuous.

3.  Pineapple & Raisin Paceri

To wake up and refresh your palate before and between bites of the above recipes, this hot-tangy-sweet pickle combines Indian and Malay heritage influences in its blend of fresh pineapple chunks, raisins, chillies, tamarind and a host of spices. A fine side dish for any banquet.

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
