Chef Darren is bringing his best selling cakes to the class! Using favorite Asian ingredients, these cakes are created specially for the local audience. These popular items are tried and tested and most of all guarantee satisfaction!
1. Sesame Yuzu Cake
This nutty earthy black sesame fluffy sponge compliments perfectly with the yuzu curd made from refreshing yuzu that is imported from Kochi, known for its signature distinct taste. A winning creation by Chef Darren.
2. Ondeh Ondeh Pandan Cake
There is no better way to end a meal than with this light, fluffy and aromatic cake. Made with freshly hand extracted pandan, this soft pillowy sponge is paired with full-bodied Gula Melaka and finished with shredded coconut sprinkles to achieve a nostalgic ondeh ondeh taste.
