Chef Shih Erh has been acquainted with Thai cuisine since a tender age of 6. Born into a family of accomplished cooks and restauranteurs, she has since carved her own identity of presenting classic original dishes with an added touch of her creation. Relishing from the delicious dishes from her first two classes, we are very excited with this new menu of lesser known Thai dishes.
1. Deep Fried Pork Ribs (Si Krung Mpp Tod)
Deep fried pork ribs with Thai soya sauce and coconut milk, coated with fresh green peppercorn and garlic.
2. Mixed Fruit Thai Salad with Fermented Black Crabs (Som Tum Pla-Ra)
Northern Thai spicy fruit salad (guava & green apples) served with peanuts and fermented fish sauce and mini fermented black crabs.
3. Thai Fish Coconut Laksa with Fresh Rice Noodle (Ka Nom Chin Nam Ya)
Authentic Thai fresh rice noodle with fish fillets in spicy coconut gravy, served with fresh shredded vegetables.
4. The Jewels (Tham Thim Ruemmit)
Tropical fruits encased in a chewy jelly exterior, drizzled in Jasmine coconut milk - much like red rubies.
