1. St Honore Cake (Hands-on)

A classic French dessert with a flan pastry base and mini profiteroles that are filled with custard cream and coated with strawberry glaze, all held together by a silky caramel chantilly cream. 

2. Eclair (Demo)

Elegant rectangular choux pastries with raspberry custard filling and a strawberry chocolate glaze.
