Working with chocolate may seem tricky at first, but once you have mastered the basics of chocolate tempering with clear instructions, you will sail through like a pro. Join Chef Jeffrey Wang as he encapsulates chocolate essentials in some awfully divine confections.

Note: Part of the session will include the theory of chocolate tempering and techniques.

1. Earl Grey Chocolate Bon Bons

These cute little round and shiny Earl Grey flavored chocolate have to be molded, shaped and then dipped in pure chocolate. Precision is key to making bon bons. 

2. Spicy Chocolate Truffles

Truffles are considered dessert delicacies. Made with ganache and an outer coating, they make the most presentable gifts. Chef Wang adds a spicy savory kick to these gourmet truffles that makes them oh-so-exotic. 

3. Chocolate Almond Candy 

This is one elevated almond that you would not want to miss. Sweet, bitter, crunchy and roasted all rolled into one.  

*Only premium quality chocolate will be used for this class.
