1. Dai Lok Min/KL Black Hokkien Mee 大绿面

A signature KL dish of fried thick, spongy noodles, completely coated with caramelised dark sauce and generously sprinkled with crunchy lard bits. The aroma and sweet savory flavors of this noodle comes from a well-made stock and some other surprising ingredients. 

2. Fried Pork Ribs King 排骨王

These marinated and ribs are deep-fried and doused in a sweet and sour sauce resulting in a heavenly taste when served immediately. The crispy outside and indeed worthy for that title.

3. Wasabi Prawns  芥末虾

This is a must-have for all prawns lovers. The crunchy texture is brought to another level when tossed in a creamy and tangy mayonnaise sauce mixed with a dollop of wasabi. Many finer points in this dish like the crunchy texture of the prawns, the flour used, making a balanced tasting yet flavorful sauce are some of the learning points. 

4.  Hot Plate Tofu 铁板豆腐

Sizzling hot plate beancurd is an extremely delicious and popular Chinese Tze Char dish. The golden crispy egg beancurd with minced meat are simmered in a thick savoury sauce and served on a sizzling hot plate. It's a sight to behold and absolutely inviting.
