1. Mouth-watering Chicken in Sichuan Chilli Oil 口水鸡

A starter that is so appetising that it makes you 'salivate', hence it's chinese name. Poached chicken marinated in a spicy, numbing Sichuan peppercorn aromatic oil. It's easy to see why this is cold dish is a must-have in the Sichuan cuisine. 

2.Tea-smoked Chicken 熏鸡

A well-seasoned and marinated whole chicken that is steamed and smoked with tea leaves for amazing aroma on it's skin! 

3.  Salt Baked Chicken - Hakka Style  盐焗鸡

A signature Hakka dish using a long standing tradition of baking in hot salt to ensure even heat and locking in of all the moisture, juices and wonderful essence from the chicken itself. Using the right simple ingredients is key to the taste of this impressive dish.

Take Home Items
