Party-ready and picture-perfect! Christopher’s latest sugee cake creations are tailor-made for potlucks, parties and even gift-giving over the festive season. Ring the changes on your holiday table with these all-new recipes.

1. Lemon-Lime Drizzle Sugee Bundt

Tangy, tender and showstopping in size, this sugee bundt cake goes big on flavour, with a hint of cream cheese for velvety richness and plenty of citrus zest and juice.

2.  Pandan Coconut Sugee Cake

Rich and vibrant with fresh pandan juice and coconut milk – and nothing artificial – this golden-green cake has a classic sugee cake texture, but a flavour that’s an unexpected and refreshing change from the usual.

3. Banana Walnut Upside-Down Sugee Cake

With succulent caramelised bananas on a beautifully moist, melt-in-the-mouth walnut sugee cake, this tastes decadent but is surprisingly light and fragrant.
