1. Duck Magret 


When anyone thinks of duck in French cuisine, what comes to mind is duck confit. Did you know that Duck Magret (duck breast) is the second most popular french duck dish, served from fine dining restaurants to bristol casual hangouts. In this original version, Chef Michele will serve the Duck Magret on a bed of purple sweet potato mash and fried brussel sprouts.

2. Escargot


French escargot baked in herb butter and served with bread is the best way to savour this delicacy appetiser. 

3. Tuna tartare


Tuna tartare on a bed of avocado and drizzled with yuzu and sesame dressing. Learn how to prepare tartare with the freshest sushi grade tuna. 

4. French onion soup


French onion soup is one of the most recognised soups from France. Find out the key to a making a deeply savory soup with perfectly caramelised onions and melted cheese toast.
