What makes everything better? Why, chocolate of course – and you may be surprised at how well it complements local desserts. Christopher’s new recipes will show you how a dash of cocoa can add depth and dimension to favourite bakes. 


1. Pandan & Chocolate Marble Chiffon Cake

A tall and visually striking cake featuring swirls of super-soft and fragrant pandan and cocoa batters. A fluffy treat for the whole family.

2. Chocolate Hazelnut Sugee Cake

Rich, dark and earthy from cocoa powder and freshly ground hazelnuts, this may look different from traditional sugee cake, but it has the same moist and melt-in-the-mouth texture. A decadent and special cake for birthdays or teatime.

3. Chocolate Bar Fudge Cake

A classic Singapore-style chocolate cake, remade as a long loaf which is simple to mix up, not too sweet, and easy to slice and serve for parties and potlucks. Tender cocoa sponge cakes are stacked up with thin layers of light cocoa buttercream, then finished with a thick dark chocolate glaze.

Take Home Items

Onsite participants will bring home a set of food samples. ZOOM participants WITH food samples can opt for self-collection or delivery at no extra cost.
